After two months of construction and remodeling, while continuing to provide creative coworking spaces for our members, we are excited to announce that Fuquay Coworking has completed our Phase IV Expansion.

This expansion allows us to better serve our unique community of professionals here in Southern Wake, and strengthens the relationships and networking opportunities among our members. It was often suggested that having everyone on the same level would improve collaboration within our membership, and we definitely noticed positive momentum along those lines as members naturally began migrating down from the second level during construction — mainly due to curiosity, but also because walls were beginning to come down, allowing additional natural lighting.

Our latest expansion provides our members with many more options in regards to shared desks, a dedicated game room and lounge, new dedicated desk areas, additional private/semi-private areas for phone calls and webinars, and expands our meeting space options with the introduction of a multi-purpose/training room with several layout options available to our members.
