We bring the resources and knowledge of enterprise business to local small business owners, in a safe and pressure-free environment, and without the need to invest in expensive office space and equipment.

Cortex CoGaming Center | Terms & Conditions

MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

 

SECTION 1 – CANCELLATION

You can cancel your CORTEX COGAMING CENTER membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to your CORTEX COGAMING CENTER benefits through the end of your monthly billing period. To the extent permitted by applicable North Carolina law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods. To cancel, contact a staff member of the CORTEX COGAMING CENTER via email or in-person. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

If for any reason you fail to pay your monthly subscription fee, we may cancel your subscription and benefits.

 

SECTION 2 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Changes to the Price and Benefits of membership. We may change our service plans and the price of our service (including memberships) from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our service plans will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.

 

SECTION 3 – BENEFITS

Membership lets you enter the CORTEX COGAMING CENTER on any day on which they’re open, subject to capacity.

Memberships apply to one individual and aren’t transferable to anyone else. Some exceptions apply to kid’s day pass, kid’s passport, and kid’s monthly memberships – which include access for a single parent or legal guardian of whom is 18 or older, and is non-transferable.

Cortex CoGaming Center | VR Experience

About the VR Experience at the CORTEX COGAMING CENTER

  • All participants must be at least 8 years old.
  • Please consult your doctor before booking our VR experience if you have any history of photosensitive seizures, anxiety disorders, PTSD, heart conditions, or if you are elderly or pregnant.
  • Our VR Experiences includes approximately 30 minutes of playable time.

 

About the VR System

We utilize the industry-leading Oculus Rift Virtual Reality System running on a custom rig featuring a 7th Generation Intel i7-7700K CPU, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Graphics Card, and a Liquid Cooling System, to give you the best possible VR experience.
